After over thirty years of collecting I decide it was time to sell some of my autographs and memorabilia. With this in mind I formed Memorabilia 4U in November 2003 since then we have sold thousands of autographs and unique pieces of memorabilia. Our main aim is to supply genuine autographs and memorabilia to the general public worldwide at a reasonable cost and provide a service to our client which is second to none. I am very proud of the fact that from humble beginnings Memorabilia 4U is one of the leading suppliers of genuine memorabilia worldwide.


Authenticity

All of the autographs on this website have been collected by Memorabilia 4U or collectors acting on behalf of Memorabilia 4U. Items that are not collected in person, ie. Deceased Celebrities or items which have been purchased by the company, go under a strict examination process to identify that they are genuine and suitable to be displayed for sale. With this in mind we offer a Lifetime Guarantee that each item has been signed in person by the Celebrity. If you are not satisfied with your item, provided it is returned undamaged within 7 days we will refund all of your monies including the postage.


Certificate of Authenticity

Every item sold from this website has a unique randomly generated item number and photograph of your item to ensure that there can be no doubt as to the source or item that is guaranteed in the certificate. Please note that only one certificate will be issued with your item at time of purchase we will NOT send out copy certificates.

Memorabilia 4U is a U.A.C.C (Universal Autograph Collectors Club) Registered Dealer, A.F.T.A.L. (Autograph Fair Trade Association Limited) Approved Dealer and also A.F.T.A.L Certified dealer.

A U.A.C.C. registered dealer is different from a U.A.C.C. member in as much as a member pays an annual fee to be a member of the organisation, whereas a Registered Dealer has to have been a member of the U.A.C.C for at least 3 year and dealt in autographs for at least 3 years. After a very strict selection process in which you need two registered dealers to forward your name, your company and autographs are subjected to scrutiny by the board and should you be successful in passing this test you are awarded a registered dealer number, we are U.A.C.C. Registered Dealer No. 292. Passing the initial criteria is not all that is required, you are under constant scrutiny form fellow dealers and Board members to make sure you keep the high standards set by this orginisation.

An A.F.T.A.L. approved dealer is an Autograph or memorabilia dealer resident in the U.K. and Europe who has passed a thorough examination into their background and the items they have for sale further to this they all have to sign a contract agreeing to the following code of ethics we are A.F.T.A.L Approved Dealer No28.
This condensed Ethics Code briefly sums up what every AFTAL approved dealer has signed and agreed to. Failure to conform to this code could result in expulsion from AFTAL.
As an AFTAL approved dealer, the member agrees to the following.
  1. To ensure that every item that may be offered for sale, is legally obtained, thoroughly checked, accurately described, and correctly presented, and that any member shall never knowingly offer for sale or exchange any item which is either fake, forged, printed or non authentic in any way, unless that item is so described.
  2. To always conduct their business to the highest standards, with honesty and integrity, never resorting to unfair trade that might reflect on their company, the industry, or AFTAL, and to always deal with customers in a polite and fair manner.
  3. To support and work with AFTAL, the Police, Trading Standards and others, and to help find and ensure prosecution of those involved in the creation and sale of non- authentic material as and when requested to do so.
  4. To avoid misrepresentation of any products and/or services, make false promises, use any misleading advertising or promote their company in any way that might lead to misconception on the part of the customer.
  5. To continually improve their expertise and skills within their field of work, and to do everything possible to enhance the reputation of AFTAL and its members, as skilled professionals offering honest, authentic and competent services to all customers.
  6. To ensure that their customers are aware that they offer a full 100% refund in cash, cheque or as requested by the customer, on any item that may be returned as non authentic for its entire life, and that refunds shall be made upon the return of the item, with the original COA/invoice together with any and all appropriate paperwork that may prove the item to be non authentic.
  7. To agree to abide by any and all rules, regulations, conditions or demands that AFTAL may inform them of at any time from this day forward.
An A.F.T.A.L. Certified Dealer is a dealer who has attended a course run by A.F.T.A.L on how to identify Forgeries, Scanned, Printed, Autopen and Stamped signatures and has passed all the criteria laid out in the course content.
